After a long process of construction, this neighborhood has been

upgraded: About half of the buildings got a second floor. Now

starts the second stage of the action - 'regardening' the place. Based

on our experience with our dedicated gardeners - it will be fast

and successful.

It's mid-Winter, and we have seen lots of sunrise, sunset and cloudy

sky scenes, but it is exciting always, and we remember that when
Spring will come, the sky will turn wonderful light blue,
which is somewhat boring...
