מפגש ותיקי חטיבת אלכסנדרוני, אשר השתתפו במבצע 'יצוב' לתפישת מרחב
עין-גדי בשלהי מלחמת העצמאות, לציון 60 שנה למבצע. את המפגש יזם דר'

Sixty years ago, on the last days of Israel's war of independence
Ein-Gedi was captured - no shooting, no casualties. The army
unit that took part in that operation was Alexandroni, and these
veterans were pleased to accept our invitation and came to
celebrate the event and tell their stories about those days. The
initiator of thye event was our member, Dr. Gideon Hadas.

Cloudy day on April - יום מעונן באפריל

אחד הימים האחרונים שבהם השמים מכוסים עננים, ואפילו מעט גשם

מטפטף. אמצע אפריל. מזג האוויר עדיין מאד לא יציב. בעוד שבועיים

נתחיל להתגעגע לימים האלה. חוף ים המלח מצפון לשפך של נחל דוד

העפלה לפסגת הר צרויה באחת השבתות האחרונות של מזג אויר נעים להליכה

במדבר. במחצית הדרך אל הפסגה, או מעט למעלה מזה, נשקף הקיבוץ למלוא

שטחו. משמאל - אפיקו החיצוני של נחל ערוגות, במהלכו אל הים. מימין - משטחי

הבטון החשופים של לולי ההודים לשעבר, שם תקום בעתיד הלא-רחוק, כך

אנו מקווים, ההרחבה הקהילתית

On one of the last Shabbat mornings before the great heat of

Summer arrives, we climb to the top of Mt. Tzruya. Half the way

up to the summit, the view of the Kibbutz is beatiful.

Nachal Arugot upper parts are usually quiet. Not many people

do all the way up here. You can spend beautiful hours inside

and by the clear cool water. Don't forget your flute!
