הנסתר. קטע נחל של כמה מאות מטרים, שמאז מפולות הסלעים והסחף של

השיטפון הגדול ב-2001 היה יבש, כי המים חלחלו אל מתחת לסחף

והופיעו שוב רק מעל המפל הנסתר , חזר לזרום, והמים זורמים זרימה עילית

לכל אורך הנחל. עוד שנים מספר יופיעו שוב אשלים, קנה, פלגית ומלוח ויצמחו

לאורך הזרימה

A surprise at a visit to Nachal Arugot in mid-March: the water

is running above ground again all the way - from the upper pools

to the entrance of the nature reserve. The big flood of 2001 has

blocked the canyon floor with so much rocks and gravel, that a

500 mr segment of the creek became dry, since the running water

have penetrated under ground, appearing again downstream. Now

the water is above ground again, and soon plants will start

growing again along the running water.
