Under the weddings' tree עץ החופות

פיקוס בנימינה, מתחת למועדון לחבר, הולך ומרחיב את בסיס הגזע שלו

משנה לשנה. מתחת לעץ אהוב זה כבר נתקיימו חופות לא מעטות. בחודשי

הקיץ חוגגות הציפורים על פריו הכתום. הגזע הולך ומתעבה ומסתעף משנה

לשנה - והוא נותן תמיכה לנוף הגדול שהתפתח עם הזמן

One of the first big trees that you notice when you climb

the steps from the parking lot to the Kibbutz dining room

is this Ficus Benjamina. The butressed trunk continues to

develop - this is the tree's way to deal with the balance

problem, created by the enormous size of the tree's canopy.

Quite a few weddings have been celebrated under this beautiful tree.
